The Frequently Asked Questions section can be used to quickly answer general questions about your business, such as: "Where do you deliver?", "What is my work schedule?" or "How to order a service?". The Frequently Asked Questions section will help guide site visitors and can also improve SEO.

Yes. To add a media file, follow these steps: Go to the "Settings" section in the appendix. Click "Manage FAQ". Create or select a question to add to the media file. When editing an answer, click on the video, image, or GIF icon. Add a media file from your library and save.

To add a new question and answer, follow these steps: Click the "Manage Frequently Asked Questions" button. In the control panel of your site, click "Add" and then select "Questions and Answers". Each new question and answer must be assigned to the appropriate box. Save and publish. You can always edit your questions and answers, change their order and choose other headings.

You can change the title on the "Settings" tab in the app. If you don't want to display the title, just uncheck the box next to the title in the "Information to display" section.
